Prices
Product prices displayed on our website are updated weekly, excluding Mondays and public holidays. Due to the fast-paced nature of the ICT industry, certain products, pricing, manufacturer promotions, or offers may change before we are able to reflect those updates online.

In the event of a price change or any unforeseen adjustments after an order has been placed, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to either proceed with the order at the updated price or cancel the order without penalty.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any order at our discretion.

Returns
Customers must adhere to Y Hybrid Electronics return policy and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. Returns without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted.

Claims
By making any claim against Y Hybrid Electronics, the customer agrees that the exclusive legal venue for resolving such claims shall be the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. All claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Customer Credit Card Charges
By doing business with Y Hybrid Electronics, customers authorize us to charge their credit card for any applicable fees, including but not limited to restocking fees, overgoods, or other related charges. This also includes shipping costs associated with returned products, unless otherwise specified.

These charges will only be applied when necessary and in accordance with our return and billing policies, which are clearly communicated at the time of sale.
