RETURNS POLICY
Unless otherwise specified by Y Hybrid Electronics LLC or its affiliates, the entity selling hardware or software products (referred to as “Seller,” “we,” or “us”) to the customer (“Customer” or “you”), the following terms and conditions shall govern the return of such products, in addition to any other sales terms mutually agreed upon between the parties.
TERMS
Y Hybrid Electronics LLC accepts return requests for eligible products within thirty (30) days of the invoice date (the “Standard Return Period”). Certain products, however, may not be returnable to the original manufacturer (“OEM”) without prior authorization. In such cases, customers must obtain approval directly from the OEM before initiating a return.
To initiate a return, the Customer must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number within the Standard Return Period by providing the following details:
An RMA Number will be issued only for products deemed returnable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA Number.
All authorized returns must be received at the Seller’s Returns Processing Center within ten (10) days of the RMA Number issuance date. Returns received after this period may be refused.
Products shipped to us without an RMA Number may be returned to the Customer at their expense, and no credit or refund will be issued in such cases.
ALL RETURNS
All Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers must be clearly displayed on the shipping label(s) provided by Y Hybrid Electronics LLC. The Customer must refrain from marking, labeling, or otherwise defacing the exterior of any product packaging.
To be eligible for return, all returnable products must be returned in their original packaging, including all original components such as warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, and other items (collectively, “Components”).
Failure to include all original Components may result in:
If a product is found to be defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) upon receipt, we will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
However, if the return is due to customer error (e.g., ordering the incorrect item), a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. Such returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.
Products returned without their original Components may be returned to the Customer at their own expense, and no credit or refund will be issued.
Important: We strongly recommend that Customers use a trackable shipping method (such as FedEx or UPS) for all returns to ensure proper delivery and handling.
DEFECTIVE/DOA
Most products sold by Y Hybrid Electronics LLC are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty provided directly by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). In cases involving defective products, the Customer may be required to contact the OEM directly to initiate a warranty claim, obtain a case or authorization number, and follow the OEM’s procedures for repair or replacement.
Replacement products will generally not be shipped until the original item has been returned in accordance with our return policy and has undergone inspection and approval by Y Hybrid Electronics LLC. Once the defect is verified, we will either:

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and condition.
In the event a product arrives damaged, the damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery record before the driver leaves the premises. Failure to do so may impact the ability to process a damage claim.
Customers are advised to retain all original packaging and contents, and to contact Y Hybrid Electronics LLC Customer Support or their dedicated Sales Advisor immediately to report any damage so that a formal damage claim can be initiated.
To expedite the claim process, please be prepared to provide the following details:
Important: If the order was shipped using the Customer’s own freight account, Y Hybrid Electronics LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage. In such cases, the Customer must file a claim directly with their selected carrier.
Adhering to these procedures helps prevent delays in the return or replacement process. If these steps are not followed, the product will be considered accepted in good condition, and claims may be denied.
SOFTWARE
All software purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of software licensing and digital delivery, returns or exchanges are not permitted once the product has been delivered or the license key has been issued.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipments, including warehouse handling fees, outbound and return shipping charges, and insurance, unless the return is the result of an error by the Seller or Supplier.
Any deviation from the return policy outlined above may result in delays in processing refunds, the application of additional restocking fees, or the refusal of the return altogether.
